You are at risk of becoming a victim of the disorganization that runs ramped through this company. Only you as a customer will experience this, as this is their normalcy. It will put you into a mode of irrefutable frustration. Parts shipped that are damaged. They blame it on UPS or FedEx etc. The problem is, is that it repeats itself over and over. The corrugation used to ship the parts in is inadequate. There are shipping and packaging guidelines in place that are engineered to vastly reduce and or eliminate damage to the objects within the packaging based on their size, weight and features. The owners of this company obviously do not have the budget to source either a packaging tech, engineer, or at the very least a consultant to get on board and screw their heads back on straight. The lines of communication are very week in many areas. This is apparent by the manner in which some of the sales associates conduct themselves. Based on my experience this company has settled into a level of comfort that instills the mantra, we have money to throw away, because that is what's happening. I do not have one bad thing to say about the parts, because it all starts with getting the parts to the customer without them being damaged. This was a lesson learned about being patient and being a good customer yet, due to the nature of what transpired I have become a patient and am checking into the nearest mental institution as it is impossible that a company is able to become so complacent as to allow the same issue to repeat itself over and over that I cannot seem to wrap my head around it. Or perhaps it is just my stupidity that I allowed myself to go through the fourth, fifth and sixth replacement until I said enough. I reached out to their supervisor team several times requesting to speak with a member of upper management. I never was provided the opportunity, and think the supervisory staff was covering. What is even funnier is this was my first time ordering from them. They say the first time is the best lol.

I purchased a trunk mat for my 2019 Mustang GT with shaker subwoofer for Father's day. Received the wrong one, without a subwoofer. I returned and received another one. Again, it was the wrong one without a subwoofer. Was not happy. The operator was very apologetic and I told him not his fault. Did not yell, just told him I again was not very happy and have to take time out to go to UPS store again. I asked about a discount. Operator told me his manager offered a 4% discount for the next order. I told him forget the insult and to refund my money. The box clearly states "no shaker". Dealt with AM for past 5 years. They are going down hill.

damage due to no packing material on wheel

missing a wheel, the one rear that did show up had no packing material inside, 6 bare metal chips on a black wheel. Their policy is send it back, 10 days transit UPS, if they accept, they replace, so its a 30 day process but the next one will likely be damaged based on reviews.

You’ll get the same customer service from a Craigslist seller

I bought an Eibach shock/strut kit from them for $550. The Eibach warranty requires professional installation for it to be valid. A month after I had them installed the front passenger strut broke - I didn’t so much as hit a big pothole in the time I had them on.
Not only does American Muscle tell me to pound sand and call Eibach, I have to pay for all of the related costs.
I have to now pay for removal of the bad strut, pay to ship the defective item back, wait for the replacement and pay to have it put on again!
They are useless as a customer advocate and refuse to do anything to massage these situations for their customers.
The real kicker is that in Eibach’s written warranty they require the distributor to contact them for a RGA, which they also will not do.
Stay away and use LMR or Summit.

Terrible customer service and slow shipping

Placed an order and needed it second day air. Paid extra for the shipping and then the item still "ships" FedEx home delivery which always takes a week or more. No refund for shipping and customer service just tells me to return the product when I receive it. Never using American Muscle again.

Late Delivery

I ordered a set of brake pads and rotors. The rotors came in two different boxes and brake pads in their own box. So 3 boxes total. The rotors I got within 2-3 days and the brake pads didn't make it in the 2-5 business days as stated when I ordered. As we all know you have to have a complete set to install and run and this only inconvenienced me where I had to go buy other brake pads separately just to get my car running. Instead of offering to send me the pads next day delivery they said they had to do an RMA which takes another 3 days and then send me a new set which would've taken another week just to get to me. After this I'm just gonna stick to local shops

Terrible Customer service / American Muscle

I waited 2 weeks for my order. Ordered a Brembo Boss set of 4 full brake sets.
But that is NOT what I received. Received a set of 2 Power Stop brake, pads, calipers.
And some little 1 piece caliper and odd brake parts. No cars are 3 wheeled cars!
Customer service will not resend order or refund order. Been on long hold
Then customer service will not help. Blamed their supplier. Customer service Josh left
Me on hold to fix order and still has not came back to phone. Next call to VISA.
Terrible customer service DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Order is placed
By phone number.

The products are absolute garbage and not backed by warranty

The products they sell failed me within a few months and I was not able to return them. The life expectancy on the items like automotive lights should be at least a few years. Bad and will not use again.

Terrible.

Terrible.
Ordered a pair of rear control arms for 05 Mustang that did not fit.
AM would not return or refund the order, would not let me talk to a supervisor and would not escalate the issue.
Case closed as far as AM is concerned.
I’m out $300.

Amaerican Muscle is a Joke

Do not know where to start So lets start with the Free 2 Day Shipping listed. I operate on the Strike system 1, 2, 3 your out.
Before ordering some cams I called to verify I would receive the cams within 2 days do to mechanics schedule.
I was assured they would be here within those two days. Ordered on Wednesday. I got them on the following Monday. There is Strike 1
Secondly, I was told I would not have the readjustment tune I needed for at least two weeks. WHAT? is all your tuners sitting at home eating chips?
I can confirm that because all I hear on every call since is chip crunching and dogs barking in the back ground. For one I cannot stand interference when talking on the phone and being customer service that's ANNOYING. There is Strike 2
Finally, I had to rent a car to avoid any damage to my own car until I receive the tune adjustments. WHICH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED still today. So this cam upgrade costs me a grand plus another 600.00 in car rental fees. Therefore, that's strike 3.
The customer service is full of donkey ass and cannot be believed. I am sorry sir, I am sorry sir. I give the "Bird salute" to your sorry.
From this day on I will not order plastic from you guys. Rest assured neither will the 150 members I have in the Mustang Club here locally.
Get your crap together, business ran like this need to shut their doors. NOTE: Tell your customer service to stop opening bags and chopping in customers ears. Put muzzles on those pest animals in the background. That's gross and pure annoying.

I would call customer service to be sure why you didn't get a tracking number. They should always have one on your account order history.
